Company Profile

Motorcentral Group of Companies, formerly known as Star Honda Inc., was established in 2002 on the initiative of its versatile leader Mr. Dennis S. Lazaro in Calamba City, Laguna. A motorcycle dealer selling major brands namely Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha.

Under the Motorcentral Group are Bikeworld Multibrand 3s branches, Bikeworld Yamaha 3s, Bikeworld Suzuki 3s, Star Honda 3s branches, Motorcentral Yamaha 3s branches, Motorcentral Suzuki 3s branches, Motorcentral Multibrand branches and Motorcentral Trimotors branches. (3s means Sales, Spare parts and After Sales Service). The company also offers 2nd hand units and reconditioned units primed in their very own rebuilding plant. It has over 84 branches found mainly in the CALABARZON region, MIMAROPA region, Northern Luzon, and Mindanao.

History Timeline

1964

Mariwasa-Distributors, Inc. was established.

1973

A joint venture agreement between Honda Motor Co., Ltd. of Japan and Mariwasa-Distributors, Inc. was signed May, thereby establishing Mariwasa-Honda, Inc.

1976

The TM110 Model was introduced. The model was aimed at the tricycle market and was an improved version of the S10

1977

The Honda C50 was phased out and replaced by the XL125K3, two on and off road motorcycles, were manufactured
