HRD – Human Resource Department

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Manager in the Human Resource functions including recruitment, remuneration and benefits administration, training and organizational development.
  • Responsible for the process of recruitment for positions including full time, part time, contract and ad-hoc positions.
  • Conduct first level interviews and orientation programmes for selected positions.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensuring related computation is accurate.
  • Handle leave records and other administration related to human resource.
  • Assist in maintaining and managing employee relations and staff welfare.
  • Responsible for ensuring that employee personnel files, employment and training records are maintained and updated in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure clarity in communications and explanations of policies, benefits etc. to employees.
  • Assist in establishing internal and external training and development programs and handle any administration related to training application, grants or claims.
  • Be part of the team to review, develop and implement HR policies, plans, processes and programs.
  • Any other additional duties assigned by Reporting Officer when necessary.

Requirements

  • Diploma in HRM/HRD/Business Management or equivalent is desirable.
  • Minimum 1 -2 years working experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous, proactive and responsible team player and able to adapt to a
  • fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of MOM and other government initiatives regarding HR is an advantage.
